DEXTER is calibrated using ICP's extensive proposal-development experience accumulated over more than ten years. This includes multiple ICP-led proposals that achieved full 15/15 evaluation scores, dozens that scored 14.5/15, and high-scoring submissions where ICP contributed as a partner.
It is further informed by ICP's direct experience across dozens of European Commission evaluations, together with insights drawn from hundreds of Evaluation Summary Reports (ESRs).
